Bring your Troop or Crew or come as an individual to Lawhorn Scouting Base for a full day of shooting activities.  Each scout can shoot 25 shots in shotgun, unlimited rifle and unlimited archery throughout the day. 

We have also added an opportunity for our Venture Crews to shoot pistol from 4-6 pm on Saturday.  You must have your leaders with you or bring a letter from your Crew Advisor to verify your status as a registered Venture Crew Member to participate.

              Once you’re finished shooting spend the night in our

              platform tents at Camp Thunder in Lawhorn Scouting Base.. 

              Boy Scouts - $20 shooting and includes one night Camping

              Adults - $5 Camping

              Friday evening camping is available for $5 per person

Registration begins at 8:30.  There will be safety briefings at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 pm.  To participate in the activity, you must attend a complete safety briefing.  Once your safety briefing is complete - have fun! 

For those that attend the morning safety briefing, it is not required that you attend the 1:00 pm safety briefing.  Live fire will being at 2:00 pm after lunch for those that have completed the morning safety briefing. 

No food is provided for this weekend, so please come prepared!
